Products Details
Our organic dry roasted soybeans are high in protein and a decent source of both carbs and fat. They are a rich source of various vitamins, minerals, and plant compounds, such as isoflavones.
They are an important component of Asian diets and have been consumed for thousands of years. Today, they are mainly grown in Asia and South and North America.
These dry roasted soybeans only contain one ingredient: Organic soybeans, no added oil or salt!
Homemade Organic Soy Butter (1 cup serving):
- Soak a ½ cup of organic dry roasted soybeans for 30 minutes.
- Transfer the soaked soybeans in a food processor.
- Add 2 tablespoons of organic canola or organic coconut oil.
- Add ⅛ teaspoon sea salt or more to taste.
- Add ¼ cup of water or more to adjust to your preferred texture.
- Add organic maple syrup to taste.
- Blend until smooth.
General Storage Tips:
• Nothing beats vacuum sealing for freshness.
• Store below 15°C and 65% humidity.
• Store in the dark as light degrades flavors.
• Mason jars make great storage containers.
• Can be frozen to prolong shelf life.

The roasted macadamias are to die for! They're clearly a premium product, not like the dry, stale ones you sometimes find. Worth every cent. Will definitely be ordering again.
